Troubleshooting Guide
If you're still having trouble seeing the video, please follow the steps:
For Windows users:
- Launch Quicktime player
- Click on 'Edit'
- Choose 'Preferences'
- Choose 'Quicktime Preferences'
- Click on 'Advanced' tab
- Choose 'Custom' from the 'Transport Setup' under Streaming
- Choose 'HTTP' from the 'Transport Protocol' and set 'Port ID' to '80'; Click 'OK'
- Click 'Apply' and click 'OK'
- Close Quicktime player and re-launch it.
For Macintosh users:
- Launch Quicktime player from the 'Applications' folder
- Click on 'Quicktime player' and then on 'Quicktime Preferences'
- Click on 'Advanced'
- In the 'Transport Setup', choose 'Custom'
- Make sure the 'Transport Protocol' is set to 'HTTP' and 'Port ID' to '80'; Click 'OK'
- Close Quicktime player and re-launch it.
