Proper organization is needed for any institution to be successful. One of the most visible of a good organization is when its members are fully aware of their functions and what are expected of them without conflicting in their areas of responsibilities.

Our church, the International Bible Baptist Church, is a paragon of an excellent organization. The Lord has granted our Senior Pastor the ability to organize our members in such a way that they will work for the common purpose of serving the Lord in their own sphere of calling, influence and capacity. The ultimate purpose of our church is to bring honor and glory to its Head, Jesus Christ.
